Terms of Service
The terms governing use of the [registered legal name not set] website, and the supply of equipment, installation and support services.
Who we are
This site is operated by [registered legal name not set], [registered address not set]. Our GSTIN is [GSTIN not set].
Questions about these terms can go to [support email not set] or [support phone not set].
These terms
These terms apply when you use this site, place an order, or accept a quotation from us. Placing an order means you accept them.
Where we have signed a separate written agreement with you, that agreement takes precedence over these terms to the extent the two conflict.
We may change these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order, so a later change does not alter an order already accepted.
Using this site
You may browse the catalogue, request quotations and place orders. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.
If you create an account you are responsible for the credentials and for activity carried out under it. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
We maintain the catalogue carefully, but specifications, images and indicative prices can be incomplete or out of date, and manufacturers change products. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance; the binding description of what you are buying is the quotation or order confirmation we issue.
Quotations and orders
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, and lapses after that unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Quotations for turnkey work are prepared on the basis of the site information available to us at the time, and may be revised if the site differs materially from what was surveyed or described.
An order becomes binding when we confirm it, not when it is submitted. If we cannot accept an order, for example because an item is unavailable or a price was published in error, we will tell you and refund anything already paid in full.
Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is charged at the rate applicable on the date of invoice and is shown separately. Where an order is delivered or installed in a state other than ours, the applicable inter-state tax is charged instead.
Payment
Payment is due as set out in the order confirmation, quotation or payment link. Equipment is dispatched, and site work is scheduled, once payment is received or the agreed part-payment has cleared.
Card and bank details are handled by our payment gateway and never reach our servers. See our Privacy Policy for what we do retain.
Where an order is invoiced in instalments against project milestones, each instalment falls due on the milestone stated in the quotation.
Delivery
Dispatch and delivery, including charges, timelines and what to do on receipt, are covered in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Site readiness and your responsibilities
For installation and turnkey work you are responsible, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, for providing safe and timely access to the site, an adequate and sanctioned power supply at the agreed point, any landlord, association or authority permissions required, and a clear working area.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the site information you give us, including load availability, cable routes and distances, since the design and price depend on it.
Where our team attends and cannot work because the site is not ready, access is refused, or the supply is not available, we may charge a visit fee and reschedule. Where site conditions turn out to differ materially from those surveyed, we will tell you before continuing and issue a revised quotation for the additional work.
Installation and commissioning
Installation is carried out by our engineers or by contractors working for us, to the applicable electrical standards and the manufacturer's requirements.
Installation dates are agreed after delivery and are estimates. We will tell you as early as we can if a date has to move.
Commissioning completes the installation. Once a charger has been energised and commissioned it is no longer returnable, as explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Warranty
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty for the period stated on the product page, quotation or invoice, running from delivery. Our workmanship on installation is warranted for twelve months from commissioning.
A warranty claim is resolved by repair or replacement of the affected part. It does not extend to fault caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, supply faults, physical or weather damage beyond the product's rating, or normal wear to consumable parts such as cables and connectors.
The warranty is separate from your cancellation and return rights, which are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Maintenance plans are sold separately and are not part of the warranty. A maintenance plan buys scheduled attendance and response times; it does not change what the warranty covers.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancelling an order, returning equipment, cancelling a project part-way and how refunds are issued are all covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or business interruption.
We are not liable for a charger being unavailable where the cause is outside the equipment we supplied, including the electricity supply, your network connection, or a third-party platform.
Intellectual property
The site, its content and our designs, drawings and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use documentation we provide for operating and maintaining your own installation.
Events outside our control
We are not in breach of these terms where performance is prevented or delayed by something beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain failure, transport disruption, industrial action, utility or grid failure, natural events, or acts of government. We will tell you and agree a revised timeline; where the delay is prolonged, either of us may cancel the affected part of the order and we will refund what has been paid for work not performed and goods not delivered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Please raise any complaint with us first. Most disputes are resolved faster directly than formally.
